These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all applications, websites, and services operated by Creator Operating Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to My TarotVerse and any future applications released under the Creator Operating Solutions brand.
By using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
1. About Creator Operating Solutions
Creator Operating Solutions is a technology company based in Beaumont, Texas, that develops mobile and web applications focused on wellness, personal growth, spirituality, and lifestyle. Our Apps are designed for entertainment, personal reflection, and general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Apps. By using any of our Apps, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Some features may require you to be 18 or older.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial: Where offered, free trials are available for new subscribers only. Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial period ends unless cancelled beforehand.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annually). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our servers or systems
Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our Apps
Share your account credentials with others
Use our Apps to harass, abuse, or harm others
Upload or transmit any malicious code or content
Attempt to circumvent any subscription or paywall features

6. Intellectual Property
All content within our Apps — including artwork, AI-generated content, text, designs, logos, and branding — is the property of Creator Operating Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without our written permission.
Content you create within our Apps (such as journal entries or personal notes) remains yours. By using our Apps, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide you with our services.
7. AI-Generated Content
Some of our Apps use artificial intelligence to generate content such as readings, interpretations, suggestions, and guidance. You acknowledge that:

We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
AI-generated content is not professional advice of any kind

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
